BUILDING SCHOOLS, BRICK BY BRICK Globally, women and children are profoundly impacted by poverty, including having limited access to education. As mother & daughter founders, we have long been committed to lifting up women and the children they love. We are mindful of the impact of the cocoa industry on them – especially the critical issue of child labor in the supply chain, a symptom of extreme poverty. That’s why we support an innovative women-led recycling program that turns plastic waste into bricks used to build schools for children in West Africa (home of the world’s cacao supply).
