GIVING BACK From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster. KNOXVILLE & NATIONWIDE GRANT PROGRAM Giving back grants support 501c3 organizations that align with our focus areas and are nationwide programs or are based in Knoxville, TN where our headquarters are located. WE FOCUS OUR GIVING TO SUPPORT: EDUCATION We give back to organizations that inspire students to excel in school through specialized programs, pursue higher education, or provide STEM based programs that promote access to technology and foster innovation. VETERANS We give back to organizations that support veterans and their families through focused efforts on education and employment, aiming to fuel the future success of United States military members as they transition back to civilian life. SAFETY We give back to organizations that provide critical services to promote safety in our communities and on the road. TRUCKING INDUSTRY We give back to organizations that promote the sustainability of the trucking industry and support professional drivers.
