ON COURSE FOUNDATION'S MISSION On Course Foundation supports the recovery of wounded, injured and ill Service personnel and veterans through golf. Our mission is to build confidence and self-belief in our members through golf skills and employment events, and set them on the path to meaningful employment opportunities in the golf industry. As a sport, golf offers a unique platform where players of all skills and backgrounds can compete healthily, improving not only their physical but mental strength too. With many lacking self- belief, it’s our aim to help our members realize their potential and set them on a fulfilling career path in the golf industry. OUR VISION IS TO USE THE GAME OF GOLF AS A VEHICLE FOR SUCCESSFUL RECOVERY. Our goal is for all members to achieve a positive outcome. For some a positive outcome will arise merely through developing golf skills, building personal confidence and sharing experiences with like-minded individuals. Our ultimate aim is to help our members secure work experience opportunities, leading to long-term, meaningful careers in the golf industry.
