First Magnitude Brewing Company is a nationally and internationally awarded craft brewery and tap room located near downtown Gainesville, Florida. We are all about great beer, an excellent space for enjoying a pint, and being an active part of our community. FIRST MAGNITUDE IS MORE THAN JUST GREAT BEER… We believe in doing our best to help our local community and environment; here are some of the things we’ve got going on! LEADING THE WAY as the Southeast’s first carbon-neutral brewery through our partnership with We Are Neutral RAISING $60,170 to date through our annual 7.2K Springs Run to support the Florida Springs Institute’s work to teach people about Florida springs. DONATING 1% of our profits from Wakulla Hefeweizen cans to springs protection initiatives REMOVING 35,871 lbs of trash from local creeks during our annual Clean Creek Revival supporting Current Problems REDUCING our impact by repurposing when possible and minimizing water & energy use PROVIDING community groups no-cost space to host events & fundraisers CELEBRATING artists through monthly art walks and exhibits HOSTING weekly yoga with all donations going to local organizations
