Our Vision Fathering Together envisions an equitable world where fathers* invest in their families and communities. Our Mission Fathering Together empowers fathers to be agents for positive change. Our Values Advocacy, Community, Education, Equity, and Service * We define “father” as anyone who identifies as a father figure. This can include, but is not limited to biological, by marriage, adoptive, grandparents, uncles, and older siblings as well as cisgendered, non-binary, and those on the LGBTQ+ spectrum. We invite all individuals who identify as fathers into our communities and to participate in our programs. Our Why It’s simple. Our kids are too important for us to not do everything we can to be the best dads we can be! We are critical to their development and we must advocate for a world that is ready for their amazing smiles, laughter, and energy. We recognize that not every day has the tools or resources to be the best dad they can be. Heck, all of us on the leadership team struggle too! So, we created Fathering Together to help! We create communities to provide SUPPORT, hold one another ACCOUNTABLE, offer space to be VULNERABLE, and work toward EQUITY for all.
