From The Heart Window of Giving encourages and supports giving to causes that are important to our teammates and serve the greater good. For each Renewal by Andersen window installed, $5 supports the Window of Giving program. Window of Giving serves the communities in which we do business through gifts in kind, community partnerships, 3:1 corporate matching, paid volunteer time, company-wide fundraisers, and the Door of Opportunity. GIFTS IN KIND These are individual teammate requests. They come through in many forms and we gladly try and support teammates’ personal passions to support charitable organizations. COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS In each Esler location, we partner with a non-profit organization for 1-3 Years. We support these organizations with annual donations and look for other ways to help them with their particular mission. MATCHING PROGRAM The Matching program enables our team members to give a financial donation to a non-profit organization with matching financial support from Window of Giving. Matching gifts have a $25 minimum. Window of Giving matches all donations at a 3:1 ratio, not to exceed $1,000 per teammate annually. VOLUNTEER PROGRAM The Window of Giving Program Manager sets up and facilitates giving of time by coordinating group or team volunteer initiatives. By providing our teammates with eight hours of paid volunteer time to participate in group initiatives or individual efforts, they are able to serve non-profits of their choice. COMPANY-WIDE FUNDRAISING EVENTS Teammate Engagement has always been the heart of what we do, and in 2021, we’re committing to 4 different All Esler events. For these events, we partner with national organizations like February’s campaign, Rock the Red, with the American Heart Association. In the Fall we’ll Sock It to Cancer and support the American Cancer Society. We will honor and support our veterans in November. And finally, we will again have the ever so popular YouGive raffle for the entire month of December. DOOR OF OPPORTUNITY Our mission is to provide support to those excited, passionate and deserving students in the form of financial aid in the hopes that they can move forward in achieving their goals of advanced learning.
