DU NORD FOUNDATION
In 2020, it became clear the community needed different types of support. In the wake of George Floyd’s murder and the pandemic, we founded the Du Nord Foundation to address racial inequities and build economic justice in the Twin Cities. We do this through immediate relief and long-term investing in entrepreneurs and business leaders of color.

The Community Market is one of the initiatives of the Du Nord Foundation. It builds a pathway to economic prosperity by addressing our community’s hunger crisis and providing economic stability, at the individual neighbor level.
