How Do Bakes For Breast Cancer Events Work?
Registration
Restaurants and Bakeries register for our events, committing to donate proceeds from the sale of a dessert or all desserts during the week of our event.
You Eat Dessert
During the week of our event, you visit a participating location and have a dessert that's part of the event.
Research Funded!
The proceeds from the dessert you bought is donated to Bakes for Breast Cancer.
We then fund research directly to help find a cure!
Our Mission
No parent should lose a child, no child should lose a parent, no spouse should lose a spouse, and no friend should lose a friend to breast cancer. Our mission is to end cancer by funding cancer prevention and treatment research. The money we raise enables oncologists to start their research. (This is the first step in the process.) From there, they can go to the next step where bigger grants are available.
