Longtab Brewing Company is a veteran-owned brewery, coffee shop, and restaurant which honors the history, culture, and veterans of US Army Special Forces, or “Green Berets”.
Each Longtab beer is named after unique aspects of Special Forces history and Green Beret folklore, and we brew beer to honor fallen Green Berets and give proceeds to charity.
We opened in 2020, and located in the Leon Valley area of San Antonio, Texas.
US Army Green Berets are some of our nations finest Special Operations warriors. It is an organization that prides itself on taking care of its own. Decades of war have left many of these exceptional Americans disabled, or killed in action leaving behind wives, sons, and daughters.
Charity has always been a part of our business plan, but we do not wish to replace any of the great non-profits supporting Green Berets and their families. Instead, we will brew beers dedicated to fallen or notable Green Berets then donate a portion of those proceeds to a charity of the family's choosing. Each dedication beer is developed in close collaboration with the family of the fallen; it is important to us they are a part of it so it’s truly a genuine dedication.
