Pepperoni’s 98 percent scratch kitchen makes fresh dough, pizza sauce, desserts, and hand-grates cheese daily, using only the highest quality ingredients. Founded around family, friendship, and community, Sgt. Pepperoni’s is owned and operated by childhood friends and their families. In addition to offering high-quality pizza and desserts, Sgt. Julian’s LEGO® Corner is a new project led by the Child Life Department at Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). Inspired by Julian Dunn, a CHOC patient who loved LEGO®, the project provides new LEGO® kits for hospital patients, especially to those receiving care in the oncology unit and for children with other serious conditions. Team Kids is a nonprofit organization that empowers kids to change the world through innovative service programs delivered to their homes, schools, and communities. We implement research-based and empirically-validated positive youth development programs, alongside on-duty firefighters, police officers, and university interns, at no cost to students, youth, and families.
