Husband & wife team Ted & Katie Collier own Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria in St. Louis, MO. This family owned and operated restaurant is a successful, award-winning artisan Italian restaurant and bar that focuses on a modern interpretation of regional Italian cuisine using local, seasonal ingredients. Katie’s inspiration comes from her time spent living in Italy with her artist mother Belinda Lee.
GIVEBACK TUESDAY
Ted and Katie Collier started their Giveback program in 2014. They opened their first restaurant, Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria, in St. Louis, Missouri with the help of an online Kickstarter campaign. Ted and Katie were so overwhelmed by the support of their community that they vowed to pay it forward. They started the Katie's Giveback program by selecting a nonprofit charity once a month and donating the entire day's profits to that charity. On the fourth Tuesday of every month, Katie's Pizza & Pasta hosts Giveback Tuesday and it has been a huge success in the St. Louis community. To date, Katie's Pizza & Pasta has donated $328,500.00 to charity.
