We are driven by a shared purpose, that we are here to provide our customers with a store experience that meets their needs for great fashion wherever they find us. Some people seem surprised to learn that we have associates who have been with the company for more than 20 or 30 years. But when you love what you do, you love the people you work with and you are inspired every day, why would you look elsewhere? Giving Back Service is at the foundation of the retail business, and Glik’s has always had a strong belief in giving back to our communities. We make it a point to join the local Chamber of Commerce of each store location along with taking the time to be involved in community events. We annually host a Glik’s Give Back Day where we donate a portion of our sales from the day to a local charity chosen by each store. Glik’s is also the benefactor of two parks in Edwardsville, IL and Highland, IL, made possible by Joe Glik’s philanthropic land donation. To date we also support Lift for Life Academy and The Little Bit Foundation in the St. Louis, MO area, as well as the United Way.
