Our story, our mission
Ethan & the Bean is a non profit, New Jersey registered 501(c)(3) located in Little Falls, New Jersey.
Our goals are simple and from the heart: to increase the employment rate for persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
Our establishment provides a positive, empowering environment that supports individuals in a workplace community to train, gain, and contribute various skills related to employment, community building, self esteem, and independent living.
We value and respect all who walk through our doors, and thank our entire community for being dedicated to wickedly brewing change for the disability population.
